Our warranty covers all system parts except the following:  Video cards are not covered under the one year warranty. Any shipping damage or loss must be reported within 3 days after delivery.  After 3 days damages from shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. Customer pays for all return shipping costs (both directions) under warranty requests. If replacement part is not available, we will replace the part with an item of equal or greater value. Items found not to be defective under warranty will be returned at owners expense.
